Please Note: ILC’s thermoformable Performance Caps are engineered to achieve an initial lamination bond during our manufacturing process. The final bond to the plastic substrate is developed during the thermoforming or vacuum-forming process performed by our customers. To prevent damage to the material, we recommend exercising care when removing the protective carrier from the sheet prior to thermoforming.
To make carrier removal easier, our operators lift one corner of the carrier and identify it with a piece of tape. The carrier should always be removed starting from this taped, pre-lifted corner.
