Our vacforming products are designed, formulated and tested specifically to meet the demands and requirements of each market. Our thermoplastic sheets can be heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum. Relatively deep parts can be formed using a variety of forming methods. Recommended draw ratio is 2:1. Decorative ABS, High Impact Polystyrene, Acrylic and other plastics can be molded around a wood, structural foam or cast or machined aluminum mold to be formed into any shape.
