ILC is now offering decorative Kydex® thermoplastic for customers requiring the UL94 V-0 specification while enabling you to expand your aesthetic options with hundreds of film options to meet your rigorous design needs.

Performance Characteristics

  • Higher impact strength and durability than ABS
  • Good strength and stiffness
  • Easy to thermoform deep draw parts (forms like ABS)
  • Maintains excellent part definition and crisp detail

  • Excellent abrasion resistance
  • Most widely specified texture for aircraft components

P-A

  • Smooth finish (best for reflective film)
  • Cannot be produced in low smoke formulations

P-K

  • Excellent abrasion resistance

Sheet Sizes And Gauges

  • Gauge options: .060 - .500
  • Sheet sizes: Standard sheet size is 48” x 96”; however, ILC can tailor the product to meet your product specifications for custom sheet size requirements. ILC film width limitations will apply (film widths range from 24" to 56").
